Welcome to myShopper. By accessing or using our website, app, or services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview

myShopper is a same-day grocery shopping and delivery service. We operate independently and are not affiliated with Pak’nSave or Foodstuffs NZ.

2. Eligibility

​

To use our service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian

  • Provide accurate contact and delivery information

  • Agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy

3. Ordering

​

  • Orders are placed via our website or other approved platforms.

  • We do not guarantee the availability of all items. If a product is unavailable, we may contact you to confirm a suitable substitution or omit the item.

  • Orders are only confirmed once payment is received.

4. Delivery

​

  • We aim to deliver all orders within 90 minutes of confirmation, but this may vary depending on traffic, weather, store delays, or item availability.

  • Delivery fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate delivery instructions and being available to receive your order.

  • In the event that delivery cannot be completed, we may reschedule or charge a redelivery fee.

5. Pricing and Payment

​

  • Prices are based on current Pak’nSave in-store pricing at the time of shopping.

  • You will be charged a small service fee and markup on all items.

  • Payment must be made in full before an order is processed.

  • All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

​

  • Orders can be cancelled within 10 minutes of being placed for a full refund.

  • After shopping has begun, cancellations may incur a restocking fee or partial refund.

  • If an item is missing or incorrect, contact our support team within 24 hours and we will investigate. Eligible refunds may be processed as replacements, store credit, or direct refunds at our discretion.

7. User Conduct

By using myShopper, you agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information

  • Harass or abuse staff or shoppers

  • Use our platform for unlawful purposes

We reserve the right to suspend or ban accounts that violate these terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on the myShopper website and app are the property of myShopper and may not be copied or reused without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

​

myShopper is not responsible for:

  • Delays due to events outside our control (e.g., weather, store closures)

  • Allergic reactions or health issues due to products purchased

  • Third-party websites or services linked through our platform

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are published means you agree to the updated terms.
