At myShopper, we’re committed to getting your groceries to you fast, fresh, and hassle-free. Here's everything you need to know about how our delivery works:

 Same-Day Delivery

  • We offer same-day delivery on all orders placed during our operational hours.

  • Our goal is to deliver your order within 90 minutes from the time it’s confirmed. In some cases (due to traffic, store queues, or item availability), it may take slightly longer — we’ll keep you updated in real time.

 Delivery Areas

​

  • We currently serve select areas with Pak’nSave stores nearby. To check if we deliver to your address, enter your postcode during checkout.

  • As we grow, we’ll be expanding to more neighbourhoods — stay tuned!

 Delivery Fees

​

  • Standard delivery fee: $25 NZD

  • Fees may vary based on distance, order size, or during peak hours (we’ll always show the fee before you pay).

  • No hidden fees. Ever.

 Order Cut-Off Times

​

  • Orders placed after 8 PM may be delivered the next day, depending on shopper availability.

  • For urgent orders, contact our support team — we’ll do our best to accommodate.

 Item Availability

​

  • Our shoppers do their best to match your list exactly. If an item is unavailable, we’ll contact you for a substitute or skip it (based on your preferences).

  • You’ll receive a final receipt with your delivery.

 Delivery Instructions

​

  • You can leave specific delivery instructions at checkout (e.g. gate code, safe drop location, contactless delivery).

  • If we can’t reach you and no safe drop-off instructions are given, the driver will wait briefly before contacting support to reschedule.

Returns & Refunds

  • If an item is missing or not as expected, let us know within 24 hours of delivery. We’ll review it and offer a refund, replacement, or store credit depending on the situation.
